I see this as Homeland Security Redux...no good...enormous bureaucracy...more tax payer money...less freedoms...more mistakes....it's a disaster.. I wonder if they will even give congress a say in this scheme, though I'm not sure it matters...congress is so dumb they'd vote for anything...
