It took me over five days to get my money out of this account. The guy in customer service told me it would only take 24 hours. When I called they had the nerve to try to blame it all on my local bank. I talked to three different people all of which told me completely different story of what was going on. When I asked to speak to manager or department that deals with wire transfers, I was told they were all in meetings. Ya right! In closing, they suck, never open an account there or believe anything they tell you.
I am no fan of FXCM or any forex bucket shop for that matter. But there has to be a valid reason for this delay. I used to have an account with FXCM and not once had an issue with withdrawals.
