Are you surprised? I've been to LARGE events where the feds shut down cell signals (I mean ZERO signal! Not a bar!) to prevent whatever... Later that evening, FULL bars. Hmmm...

  2. Leap regardless the man is violating a federal court order and he doesn't own the land. I don't see where the rancher has a leg to stand on. If he can squat on that land why can't any of us go and take any federal or state land we want. This is a lost cause and a poor reason to put up a government fight.

I agree, and this is probably the various gov agencies bought so much ammo, police depts have military equipment, drones now fly over US soil, NSA spys on every electronic comunication, and paid forum plants actively try to influence public opinion, etc.

Gov bureaucrats know how dangerous a mob of pissed off rednecks with rifles and familiarity with their local landscape can be, they've seen it in Afghanistan.

Our own military is now so feminized, gay and diverse that mercenaries and the few remaining homogenous (I.e. white male) special forces units are all they have left for the tough assignments, aside from robotic weapons that can be operated by remote.

There is a stack-up of potential "liquidity", to use trading terms, that could cause an avalanche if it is triggered..... the imbalances are there for anyone to see. What will be the "displacement" to get the move underway?

I'm guessing it will be a failed CIA coup attempt on the Tea Party or something like that.

Who knowz, all we can do is our research, then wait and watch......... :(

I think you're correct from a purely legalistic standpoint. But this is a slippery slope, like property or income taxes.

Consider your house. It is actually like an investment owned by the State, who collects "dividends" or "interest income" from it in the form of property taxes. The State also has the right to liquidate this investment if these payments stop, for any reason.

Land is the same way, but is further restricted by zoning laws. The State claimed ownership of all the land (through violence) as the victor in war, conquest, or other tactics of forced coercion and their only authority in the present is that same force which can potentially get used against the serfs (or citizens, if you prefer).

Income taxes are dividends you pay your owner for its investment in you. Yes you will be captured and imprisoned if you do not pay your Master the income it claims from your increase; you are its property and your so-called "freedom" only exists within good standing at the IRS........

And to think, the British wondered why the colonists resorted to violence against them. As history proves over and over again, violence, and the threat thereof, is the greatest authority known to man.

Women, on the other hand, know a few other tactics of coercion (yes I've felt the wrath of female managers, blondes being the worst, when they perceive I think for myself).......

In summary, if we look at our relationship to our pyramid of government agencies, none of us are free unless we remain in good standing with our owners, who are entitled to all dividends and interest they coerce us to pay (and of course they set the price). If at any time we default, we can be liquidated through threat of violence and thrown in prison, or have our "property" confiscated.

Is it any wonder a few rednecks push back on occasion? How much oppression can a God fearing man take?

Note that men who worship the God of Abraham tend to push back (Redneck Christians, Jews and Arabs being the obvious examples). Could this be why diversity, depravity, atheism and a rat life of going thru debilitating motions are "officially" accepted?

I don't care which side of the fence you guys are on, this is a must watch clip! And btw, at 16:50, he mentions "my current Wife." Well, after looking her up, she died in 2006, so this video was done BEFORE obama. That should ease some dem minds.

When you guys watch the video, you'll see why the gubment is doing to him what they're doing...

Clip was made in the Bush years in 2005. in addition, this rancher was indicted, and even he said "the liberal 9th circuit overturned my conviction, and came down on the bureau of land management." So for any libs here, this isn't just a republican, tea party, etc., thing. It's a FREEDOM thing, and a VIOLATION of rights thing!
