So people who know more about a particular subject have the ability to predict the future. Interesting postulation. I think this has been covered in the Black Swan though. It is known as epistemic arrogance, IIRC. Read up on it.
I think MasterCard just processes the transaction for various lenders who actually loan the money...... Don't understand how that would relate to any special real estate knowledge??? SteveD
