Nesting Fractals

Can you give a brief definition of this term.
I see Trading Technologies has patented this "term" but I'm having a hard time reading their patent chart.

This was my entry on the 21st at 1093.75. Later doubled my position on the 23rd at 1087.25. My critical target to the downside currently is 1012.00 but 1042.75 is the next minor "must breach" target.
Current stop is 1070.50.

We see the same things, just different views.
