At a time when there aren't five people in DC who can be trusted to not be a mole trying to destroy his administration. Kennedy appointed his unqualified brother to be attorney general, the post that decides whether the president himself has done anything illegal and if the presidents enemies should be prosecuted. It cannot get any more improper than that. And yet democrats fell in line and went right along with it.
