I tried Neoticker RT demo a while back, just played around with it for 10 minutes then uninstalled. Now I wish to try it again but the software complains I already used my 30 days evaluation period and I can't test it anymore. Lawrence, any way I can get a few days worth of the demo to get a second look please? Thank you.
NeoTicker has a lot more features than the EOD version because it is designed for real-time usage, thus many features exist in NeoTicker are not available in NeoTicker EOD. For example, quote window formulas that update in real-time are of no use to the EOD version at all. The charts available in NeoTicker EOD do inherit all the features from NeoTicker. You can write indicators, trading systems, etc. just like the regular NeoTicker. NeoTicker EOD works with daily data (or higher time frame) only.
BigFrank Did you have to learn to write any code for Neoticker? How can you trade the eminis without historical data? Neo nor MB provide historical emini called and asked. So ... only option for data would be esig which adds cost. mktman
For ER2 we do not have as much data as the other 3 (many years of 1-minute data). You should be able to get the last 100 days of data for ER2.
Hi Lawrence, i read your post in NeoTk forums... ""TICK16 counts side ticks as either up/dn ticks based on the previous tick's assignment, while TICKS16 count side ticks as 0."" Which do you like better Tick16 or Ticks16 for seeing moves in the emini index it is set to (Sp500, etc.) I have tried Tick16 and like it but didn't even know about Ticks16... thanks... cj
Lawrence Can two seperate feeds be used iwth Neoticker? Tickquest supplied for eminis and esignal for equities? thanks for the help.
