isn't vic net negative as a trader over his career if you include his blowouts? i've never understood the fascination with this guy
Man, you're out of the loop. Why don't you give him a call and ask him about the Dec 1100P puts he covered in May. I'll let you guess how it turned out.
Well, I was in his office watching him trade. I spent a great deal of time talking to each one of his traders. I can only tell you what I saw and what they told me. I'm not relying on hearsay here or what I heard in the grapevine. I'm telling you what I actually saw with my own eyes. You would not believe how much these guys daytrade. In fact, I would argue a significant portion of their p&l is from daytrading. Take it for what it is. I have nothing to sell you or convince you of here. I'm just telling you what I saw. You can do whatever you want with that info.
Did you have to remove your shoes? In all seriousness, were you at his house? I thought that's where he trades, but I'm probably wrong.
They mostly IM, but they do talk. I talked to most of them over dinner and cocktail parties, etc. I was there 3 days.
Dude, I don't care about the put trade. LOL. Jesus. I didn't say he doesn't trade any options, I said most of what they do now is futures.
