I place trades or buy/sell limits 10am GMT so ET - 5hrs, then I check on positions/move SL maybe hourly and try to be flat for the US Close, although not a huge issue if I don't. When Lorry Qualified, if I'm doing a night job I'll trade Asian Index monitor on stops / breaks. Aim for 1 - 3 trades per day, can't be arsed to sit and try to beat them for hours each day. Increase Size / Move to bigger movers later, still need to get rich!! * WW3 incoming, money isn't going to help, so not knocking myself out to retire, as doubt many of us will get there, the Great Reset world seems pretty restrictive and boring aswell that's definately coming by the time I'm 60
