A few days ago, I started having problems on updating my Telechart2000 data. The download gets up to around 1-2% done, then freezes. Otherwise, my internet working fine (downloads, browsing, streaming quotes etc). I've called the company and my isp, and neither can figure out the problem. I've also re-installed the software but still same results. Can anyone help?
