Hi guys, I am trading forex and romanian markets. A client of mine came up with this "Participation Certificate for restricted common shares" of SOCHRYS.COM, INC. Some US brokerage house convinced him to buy this one year ago for 10.000USD. I will post the name of the brokerage company later as I don't have it now. The symbol seems to be SOCH, though I can not find it anywhere on NASDAQ where it shoul be. I think the symbol has changed or something. Well now I can not seel the shares as the brokerage house wouln't reply my client's mails or his phone calls. It says on the certificate that after the 1 year period will expire (witch it did), the holder of the certificate should send it back to a company named GGO, LTD. for switching to tradable stock. It' very hard for me to make research from where I am, so if anyone has some advice or ever heard of any of the names I mentioned above, please let me know. Thank you
