Make sure his kids aren't home then set his house on fire. Serve him as he runs for safety...

I detest frauds, all shapes and sizes.

  2. What about the possibility of mail fraud. I believe it is a federal offense. Under jurisdiction of the FBI. The last thing you need is your own attorney.

  5. you know, one of the best ways to expose a bad prop, is to actually name it...
it will be picked up by google and when prospective clients do searches it will come up.
you cut off a shady companies income, and you will see how quickly they will try to buy your silence

  6. you do not need anyone to serve. If you filed a suit against someone then other institutions' job is to serve him a notice of court appearance, certainly not you. You do not sound like a native speaker nor does your quest sound legitimate. What are you really after? Someone who can hunt someone down for you?

  7. If this is the case : Law Court. Take a lawyer.
Even if you are a stalker : take a lawyer and get down the Law Court route.
    There, all will become clear.

  8. If you are a stalker : avoid the FBI and the Police.
Because they also actually investigate you: make sure you are squeaky clean! lol

  9. Is there a corporation that you need to sue? If so, the incorporation information is public and provides a representative that can be served. I am not a lawyer, but that's my first instinct. Here's the New York website where you serve corporations:

The Secretary of State is the statutory agent for service of process on most business corporations, not-for-profit corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and limited liability partnerships formed in this State (such entities are often referred to as "domestic entities") and for most corporations, not-for-profit corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and limited liability partnerships which were formed in jurisdictions other than this State and which filed applications for authority to do business or conduct activities in this State (such entities are often referred to as "authorized foreign entities"). These instructions are intended to provide guidance to Process Servers who wish to serve process on the Secretary of State as agent for a domestic or authorized foreign entity.

When you are a member of a prop firm, you likely agreed to arbitration. I'm not familiar with arbitration rules. I hope you filed a complaint with the SEC too.
