These guys seem more like an institutional ISV. I don't see any reference to retail trading services.
They don't carry accounts, more of a technology provider with a network of liquidity points for high volume prop shops and order desks. They can point you in the right direction.

I would strongly urge against Tradefreedom. IB on the other hand is an incredible powerhouse of a broker for those starting out. Just my opinion!
Do most people agree that IB is best for Canadian traders? Has anyone had any problems transferring or getting money from the Canadian IB branch? thanks
The application for an IB account requires that you choose a base currency. Is it best to use a US dollar base currency if you are mostly trading US stocks? thanks
