While I am no friend of Huff Post, stable genius is all that comes to mind...

Walls work. We need a wall. Walls protect. Walls can keep out undesirables. Walls can protect our health and walls can prevent blood suckers from pouring into our beautiful country and polluting our society as well as taking advantage of our system. we need to preserve our heritage.
    We need the wall !!!!!

I do not know what any other President would have done. However, Trump has stood strong. Trump has not panicked.

    Trump has exuded strength.

Honestly I do not think anyone knew what the CV was like in the beginning. As an example, in the early days we have New York officials telling everyone to go out and enjoy.

I am giving this to Trump

    1. He is honest. He speaks his mind. He might not have a Science Degree but he tells us what he is thinking.

    2. Once he realized how bad things were he as acted quickly. No one can say that Trump delayed the stimulus package.

    3. Being President the last few weeks would have tested any President - Trump has stood tall and strong. God Bless him.

You can 2nd guess a million things but I have yet to be able to think that anyone else (especially Joe Biden) would have done a better job.

The one I find the most fault with is Nancy Pelosi. OK you are the opposition. You are suppose to put up a little fight but

    1. Don't delay a stimulus package that gives most Americans hope.
    2. Now is not the time to complain. Things are bad show us that you have some idea of how to make things better.

Summary - Trump wins hands down. Nancy Pelosi is a traitor to the America Way of Life. Cuomo is a close second behing Pelosi in how low can you go.

You may soon get a taste of your own medicine. Let's see how you feel when the rest of the world deems you an undesirable (due to irresponsible behavior towards CV on behalf of most Americans) and shuts you out from the entire rest of the world. Not just travel but flow of goods as well. Let's see where you source your plastics and aluminum and steel then. And your kids toys and food supplies that the US does not naturally grow itself. And let's see who is gonna remove your garbage and fixes your broken plumbing.

I am in no opposition or political camp. I am a logical thinker. When the world knew about the CV spread Trump still denied the severity and did not act at all. When most other countries set up lock downs and started rigorous isolation and testing Trump favored doing nothing. For full 2 months. The list of Science Trump denied is staggering. I am not interested in comparisons with others who you compare Trump to as they have never been put to the test. Fact is there is one president in power and he has so far done a pretty lousy job at implementing what scientists and medical professionals recommended a lot earlier.

That common Americans still talk of undesirables and wanting to shut their borders to protect from outsiders despite the fact that the US is the single country with the highest growth rates in New CV cases is mind blowing and speaks to the naive mindset and lack of knowledge of facts among the general population.

He's done a horrible fucking job and this crisis is much worse than it would have been because of him.

Agree, though would you also consider that no matter what president, how people behave in the end of the day is largely a matter of culture and personal choices which cannot be dictated by government unless threatened by punishment (example, Vancouver imposes fines on everyone who does not follow the distancing guidelines)

For some.A good leader can get more people to follow without force than a bad leader imo but for some being threatened by punishment would be needed.

When a leader is incompetent, says its a hoax, lies, downplays the how serious it is etc people are less likely to follow imo

There probably is some truth in what you said. Though there are some very capable national leaders in some European nations and yet their populations don't seem to get it at all.
