Need cheapest equity broker

  1. I am trying to help someone open an account and need the cheapest online broker.

Not interested in IB, TS, .

Commissions need to be cheap and no platform fees. Little or no data feed.

  2. <href="http://www.brokerage-review.com/stock-broker-reviews/zecco-review.aspx">Zecco</a> - 10 Free trades, $4.50 after that or <a href="http://www.brokerage-review.com/stock-broker-reviews/optionshouse-review.aspx">Optionshouse</a> at $2.95/trade.

  3. Or you can pay $0 (although with some fine print issues) at a real firm. http://www.bankofamerica.com/investing/index.cfm?&statecheck=NY

  4. SOGO. $3 per side unlimited shares.

  5. Thank you!

  6. There are a lot of complains on Sogotrade service. Do the research first.

  7. Such as what? I've seen fairly mixed but overall positive reviews for Sogo.
