Nobody has mention Dr Buteyko research.

"We already discovered that people with chronic diseases have ineffective or heavy breathing pattern 24/7. While considering carbon dioxide effects, we also found that chronic overbreathing leads to reduced oxygen transport to cells. As a result, ineffective breathing patterns cause tissue hypoxia, chronic inflammation, immunosuppression, and many other negative effects caused by low body-oxygen levels and hypocapnia (reduced CO2 levels).

Meanwhile, tissue hypoxia is the driving force for cancer, heart disease, diabetes, chronic fatigue and many other health conditions. Hence, the more people breathe, the more severe health problems and symptoms they are going to experience."
    quote from: http://www.normalbreathing.com/

That is exactly what Ms Johana Budwig concluded: that low oxygen levels in the cells feed cancer.

And what was the fundamental reason why the longest living person in the world (256 years) was able to make it? Breathing techniques.

A Chinese herbalist and Taoist, Lee Ching-Yen, who died in 1933, maintained his youthful vigour and perfect health throughout a long and active life. It was said he was 256 years old when he died. The people who knew him claimed that he looked about 50 when he was over 200. Lee Ching-Yuen left us with his longevity secrets - 3 rules which he followed daily:
    1. Never hurry through life. Always keep a quiet heart (Mind)
    2. Avoid extreme outbursts of emotions - it drains energy from the body and disrupts the function of our organs
    3. Practice daily breathing (Qi Gong) and exercises (Tai Chi)

    sure i ask.
it is logical to me, that if someone is using his body so intense, has no respect for his life energy... then he will die sooner.
for example, if you overdrink alcohol or overdo drugs.
if you eat super large meals too many times during a day...
drink gallons of sodas, milk shakes, french fries...
and after that have all kinds of stress... and don't supply yourself with
enough life-supporting energy (sun being the most crucial)

no wonder you won't live for long.

This chinese man was a master of preserving his energy.
    - little calories. all ingested foods were type of superfoods like goji berries and dark greens.
    - little stress- calm mind.
    - light physical activities, but performed over the entire lifetime.

But yeaaaahh.. i know ,it won't make any sense to you.
Please believe big pharma MDs with their state of the art scientific equipment and computers who will tell you that pig meat, coca cola , etc. have no effect on life span, because they saw no correlation on the group of 35 obese americans who all lived the same number of years as normal weight american (who might suffer from other shit like stress, low vit D, etc).
But from the statistics point of view- you've just made a SOLID, SOUND, and credible ANAL YSIS!

  6. Eight

    Eight

I was reading an e-book on adrenal stress last night, author Dr. Eric Berg. I was so stunned by what I read, how much it applied to my situation and moreso, fav galpal's that my jaw dropped and I actually had a dizzy spell! I thought I was having a stroke or something but no other symptoms at all... Health fundamentals probably involve adrenal support and digestive health to start with.

With regard to cancer the videos by Dr. Lorraine Day and books by Bill Sardi might be a starting point.

  8. To OP:

Depending on the stage or how extensive the cancer has already spreaded, there are different level of urgency in terms of treatment.

If the cancel is still contained within 1 organ and no signs of spreading very fast (non-aggressive). Then your brother has time.

    Time to do what?

Like many who posted here - switch to a healthier diet, with proper exercise, reduced stress lifestyle. Must do this with full determination. It is a life or death choice your brother must make. That, if proven effective on your brother's body, may be all he need to fight his cancer.

On the other hand, if the cancel has already spreaded or is very aggressive, then forget about lifestyle change only can do anything to reverse the cancer. At best it can be slowed or put in a pause mode because once cancer is spreaded, the body as a whole is not likely being able to defense itself.

At this point, proper medical treatment must be considered.
I am not recommending radiation, chemo, etc. What I am saying is that many cancer treatments available nowadays work and can do their part in reducing the cancer cells. Side-effects - yes. Difficult to go thru - yes. Can some of them prolong life and extend it in a way that your brother can still have a partial normal life - YES.

The lifestlye change part can play a large role in reducing side-effects during medical treatment of cancer. So that is important too.

What your brother needs is emotional support. A strong support network by family members is key to help any cancer patient living thru their illness.

  10. piss poor advice. colon cancer has a high cure rate by simple surgery if caught before it spreads. once it spreads you have what amounts to a death sentence.
in your example,if it hasnt spread, you want him to wait and eat better?
when will it pop out of the colon and pronounce its death sentence? tomorrow, next week, a year? no one can tell you that. you are just gambling with your life. colon cancer does not cure itself through diet.
