Any recommendations for a nice new monitor? My laptop screen is far too small and cramped for all the space I need for my trading regime.

I'm looking at some $DELL, anybody?

  2. I’ve always looked at features over brands. If you or your kids are into PC gaming at all I’d go for a 27” 2560x1440 144hz. If you’re not a gamer, a 27” 1920x1080 60 htz will be a great choice under $200. I’ve got one of each for my setup.

Don't get 1 monitor, I have a total of 7, looking to add another 4 to 8 soon.

well. should consider one or two big monitors.
then you can divide the monitor screen using PIP / PBP function.

Most the big names offer 49” ultra wide monitors. Debating if I want to go that route or two new 27” monitors. 49” gives same resolution as two 27” monitors except theirs no bezel in the middle.

Review I saw for Phillips seemed you could run ultra wide 49”. Plenty of room to split up with windows tiled. Looked like it also could run as two separate 27” monitors so now you got two full desktops running. They also showed it as a 27” monitor with normal aspect ratio with black bars on left and right if you just wanted the one monitor up.

One computer? How many graphics cards? I've got 6, all connected to one graphics card. I think I'm maxed out.

I think that resolution is too low for 27". I'd go for 24" at 1920x1080, or 2560x1440 at 27".
