Why don't you compare the Covid case rate per capita in Quebec and Florida.... and get back to us.

Yep --- same shape but probably 10X+ more cases per capita in Florida. Let's see if @Tsing Tao can actually do the comparison and figure this out for himself.

So we're back to comparisons on Florida as the "last defense" of stupidity, are we? Despite you telling us we couldn't compare different regions like this?

Not to mention you're missing the glaringly obvious point: If Vaccine Passports and Strict Mask Mandates work so well, why would we see a spike like that in Quebec?

    I know...because Florida!

Why is Florida ten times worse in Covid cases, hospitalizations, and deaths per capita than the other places you gleefully point out are having a Omicron spike. Maybe its because it is Florida does not follow proper public health policy -- leading to excess misery and death despite vaccination being widely available (but not promoted in the state). Remember several pounds of expensive treatment with a Regeneron placebo is more useful than an ounce of prevention from a vaccination according to Ron DeSantis.

Because this isn't an X+y=Z equation. I know this is hard "mathy" stuff, but try to follow. If I have time later, I can put it in a pop up book.

Saying Quebec is better than Florida, or Brazil or Mars is an incredibly myopic look at the problem. All you're doing is looking at one variable. But that's not even close to reality. To use a football analogy, you're bragging about the most yards rushing, but that doesn't win the game. The game is decided by passing, blocking, rushing, turnovers, time on the clock, penalties, etc. Country comparison is far more complex than that. Population density. Weather. Tourism. Age demographics. Weather. Seasonaility. Hospital availability. Treatment types. Testing. Mandates. Sporting events. Hell, I can't think of all the variables you'd have to consider to get an even comparison. And you want to dumb all this down and say one country is the same as the next.

YOU said it before, you can't compare different countries without similarities. Want me to pull your quote up again? Florida is similar to Quebec? In what reality?

I'm not making an argument that Florida has better COVID numbers than Quebec. I'm making the argument that Quebec, with all its mandates and passports STILL has a COVID problem. So they didn't solve anything. In the Freedom column (not important to you, but thankfully YOU don't make the decision for us) Florida kicks the living shit out of Quebec. But I'm not even saying that's the only variable.

Quebec has a COVID problem and nothing they have instituted on their citizens has helped. and THAT IS THE ONLY POINT I AM MAKING.

Here you go. From your own mouth:
