Maybe we should also point out the severe restrictions in Romania throughout most of 2021; nightly lockdowns, outdoor masks required, etc. Showing that proper public health policies work -- even in the face of low vaccinations.

Note that countries which apply proper public health policies -- even with low vaccination rates -- have much better Covid outcomes in terms of the number of cases and number of severely ill.
