You really need to read the media in your state reporting on Covid data in recent days... Florida has swung around to increasing numbers again. The pace is not yet rapid -- but we will give it a few weeks with Omicron and see.

Once again -- Australia spent less time locked down than the U.S. Australia never locked down the entire nation -- only hotspots with Covid for short periods of time.

Who is comparing anything to the US. You've tried (unsuccessfully) to make the argument that it was Austria's lockdown policy that works and that is driving cases down. This is absurd, of course, since Austria still allows the unvaccinated to leave their houses periodically for various needs and its not like they are "less contagious" during the time they are out of the house.

And then, in the same breath, you try to make the argument that Australia's lockdown wasn't complete so you can't compare them to Austria (whose lockdown also isn't complete).

This is what you call sCiENCe. You're a joke, dude.

The unvaccinated are limited to food stores and their doctors/pharmacies. They are not out circulating in society.

The results from Austria make it very clear the policy works very well.

The unvaccinated are responsible for most of the spread -- locking these plague rats down is simple common sense.

BTW we found some chicks who are looking for you...

Ah, I wasn't aware that Austria built unvaccinated only food stores where the rest of society didn't go. Are you seriously this stupid? Going to a food store, getting on public transportation, etc...not circulating in society? How fucking dumb can you possibly be?

This is just as dumb as when you told us undocumented migrants weren't bringing COVID across the border.

Are you still trying to claim that most of the Covid in the U.S. was brought over the border -- and it was not caused by community spread unrelated to the border. The sad reality is that the Delta Covid strain was brought to Mexico by American tourists -- yeah, there is a "border issue" with Covid but in the opposite direction.

The other reality is there are far more cases of Covid brought to the U.S. by travelers on planes (despite the testing) then brought by illegal immigrants over the border -- just based on the sheer numbers of each.

I didn't say anything about most of COVID coming over the border. I can actually dig up the argument if you like. The one where I said that COVID cases came over the border and you said that this didn't happen.

Would you like me to bring up all those posts again so we can see who said what?

And yet -- apprehended illegal immigrants are the most Covid tested group in the U.S.

If you really want to stop Covid from entering the U.S. then you really need to look at incoming air travel and the procedures. At minimum the U.S. should require all incoming travelers via air be vaccinated and Covid-tested within two days of leaving their own departure airport. If a region has a significantly high level of Covid then the U.S. should impose incoming quarantine periods as well for periods of time.

Apprehended. And how many are not apprehended?
