An article from August 2020. What a joke. They didn't even start doing in-depth studies on COVID reinfections until October 2020. The first medically proven case of COVID reinfection in the U.S. was in October 2020.
So how many is it now, GWB? 75? 100? Even if it were a hundred times that number there wouldn't even be enough decimal points on a calculator to measure it. How many? (thanks for taking the bait!)
We will wait for the further studies. There is certainly medical study information showing that 40% of the people who were previously infected are prone to re-infection because their antibody immunity did not last for six months. At this point there are plenty of press coverage across the globe on re-infections showing 1000s of claimed cases from people telling their stories. Most preliminary studies show that re-infections are not common but are still a risk. Variants significantly increase the risk of reinfection. Further studies will come out on the re-infection subject... just like studies are coming out showing the issues with long COVID -- and showing long COVID is fairly common among those hospitalized.
Right. "Telling stories". But everyone like that on the other side is a "COVID Denier". But we should consider them when they "tell stories" to support the Party line. What a sham you are. "Not common, but still a risk". Getting hit by lightning is a risk, too. Should stay inside from now on, making sure we have a lightning rod on the house. Same odds.
you don't learn from studies contrary to your viewpoint... do you... you moron. There is also t cell immunity.... The people who have long lasting antibodies generally had more symptomatic infections. It is even speculated in a recently study that antibodies may be be inflamation markers in that the more robust your antibodies the more inflamation you had. In a sense if you had Covid...you are better off with the type of antibodies which go away quickly or don't show up at all as it shows your immune systems stayed strong and destroyed the virus easily. (in general) From reading the studies... I think you may fairly conclude the only time you may be better off with stronger antibodies is if in the interim between potential infections your immune system was seriously compromised. Stopped pretending you have the brain power to understand the science. You are a fear filled moron pushing shit you don't understand like you were some sort of talking mushroom.
