So you provide a story without a link so we can't even determine how many days old it is. These changes in Covid restrictions in Taiwan regarding home isolation time and other factors are restricted. There are plenty of news stories on the first page of a Google Search outlining Taiwan dropping a zero Covid strategy and opening up for tourism in recent days. You still fail to address that the number of daily cases in Taiwan is lower than the number of daily Covid cases in Florida -- despite Taiwan having a greater population (and much more testing). If the increase in Covid cases in Taiwan is a fiasco then the current situation in Florida must be a total disaster.

Also, and only because YOU mentioned it, Taiwan has more active cases (about double) than Florida with roughly the same population according to Worldmeters. So you're kinda wrong about that, too.
And where is your chart of cases reported daily? Pull those up for recent days for Florida and Taiwan -- and do a comparison.

You then started to tell me that this spike was because the massive tourism engine in Taiwan (who knew??) started back up, and Taiwan backed away from its "zero COVID" policy. When I asked you to support these statements, you told me to "go read" and google it. I did, and nothing there supported your claim. You then tried to spin it to me posting an article that didn't back you up with "you didn't show the date". I then showed the date, two days ago. But for giggles, I went to Worldometers where the active cases in much higher than Florida, but now you're trying to say the cases on May 2nd are worse in Florida.
