We should have a pool on the number of hours before a federal appeals court overturns this decision by a Trumper judge in Florida.
Just curious, but do you have any proof whatsoever that the judge is a "Trumper"? Or is it your belief that simply because he believes the CDC doesn't have standing to extend the mandate that you are calling him such? And do you think this gets turned over before or after Russia uses nuclear weapons in the Ukraine?
First of all the judge is a her… not a him. Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle was nominated by Donald Trump to serve as a federal judge in Florida. She has a history of supporting Trump prior to her appointment.

Moody Jr. of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and to Judge William H. Pryor Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She worked as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice from 2014–2017, and was detailed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia from 2014–2015. Mizelle was Counsel to the United States Associate Attorney General from 2017–2018. In 2018, she briefly clerked for Judge Gregory G. Katsas of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and then clerked for Associate Justice Clarence Thomas of the Supreme Court of the United States. Mizelle is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.[5] She has been a member of the Federalist Society since 2012.[2][6] Before becoming a judge, Mizelle was an associate at Jones Day.[7] There she worked on civil and criminal litigation and appeals.[4][8]
