Ndx & Vix

The NDX has made a new high but the VIX has failed to make a new low, instead it seems to be forming a higher lower after a higher high.

 

The inverse correlation between the two is "high" but less than 100%. Give it time to even-out.

 

VIX is based on SPX options so it may be better to compare these two rather than VIX and NDX.
