Caught you NBC trying to paint Zimmerman as a racists! âWe (NBC) have launched an internal investigation into the editorial process surrounding this particular story.â Great news right there. As exposed by Fox News and media watchdog site NewsBusters, the (NBC) âTodayâ segment took this approach to a key part of the dispatcher call: Zimmerman: This guy looks like heâs up to no good. He looks black. Hereâs how the actual conversation went down: Zimmerman: This guy looks like heâs up to no good. Or heâs on drugs or something. Itâs raining and heâs just walking around, looking about. Dispatcher: OK, and this guy â is he black, white or Hispanic? Zimmerman: He looks black. The difference between what âTodayâ put on its air and the actual tape? Complete: In the âTodayâ version, Zimmerman volunteered that this person âlooks black,â a sequence of events that would more readily paint Zimmerman as a racial profiler. In realityâs version, Zimmerman simply answered a question about the race of the person whom he was reporting to the police. Nothing prejudicial at all in responding to such an inquiry. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs...gment/2012/03/31/gIQAc4HhnS_blog.html?hpid=z6
Today they are muttering about having an "internal investigation". But then we knew NBC stopped being a source of new quite a few years ago. The American media has become a mouthpiece for liberal ideals with a few exceptions. Something needs to be done about it.
It's pretty disgusting how a major network is caught again deliberately manipulating the news to promote and agenda.
