ABC needs the series to go at least 6 games to break even with advertising money. The risk last night was for San Antonio to win 2 games straight in Jersey. Follow the money. Back in the 80's, when the finals weren't prime time, they just let them play, advertising money, and TV money weren't at stake. Why do you think they instituted a 7 game series in the first round this year? Advertising money.
But in the WWE, at least the process to the predetermined outcome is fun to watch. This stuff just sucks. Great comment AAA!!!
