  2. NG was good today with decent intraday trends. Two long trades today, one small profit and second trade was better profit. I was trading 6E and CL most of the day but I saw many trades in NG today.

  5. I prefer directional trading if I can follow a short term trend and the trade speed is not slow. If the market is slow I don't trade it.

  6. how do you determine speed?

  7. By pace of the tape by watching the speed of the trades coming through to order book. I can see this with Renko charts, the quicker the bars plot the faster the market trading rate is.

  9. that's the question we are all asking. And it appears futures are a piss poor way to try it, although you will hear stories about the one time it works.

as for me and my family, it looked like a better way was to buy and hold unmargined stocks of companies that benefit from increased demand.

  10. So in another thread (CL of some type) you said you don't like to trade fast charts (who would want to with Renko) and here you are saying you don't like slow charts. So I guess you like medium paced markets. I see you mark your entries and exits with a self made line. Try using Ninja's arrow markers so we can see if you are really trading (even if it is sim) instead of just marking where you would of got in and out.

Oh, and by chance you aren't the guy who is selling/renting this software are you?
