NGZ06 weekly scale. Natural Gas prices making a top? There is so much bullishness about energy prices that I have to wonder if a top is at hand.
Do you seriously trade Nat Gas one year out on a weekly scale? The high of the current front month was put in 4 weeks ago. We are currently looking to close the gap down to 10.814 - IMHO. I got short a week ago. But I run tight stops on a 30 minute chart thank you very much.
I see <b>NG going down</b> because the reaction of natural gas prices to the production setbacks that have occurred in the Gulf was much more severe; and <b>HO going up</b> because refiners shifted the mix of production toward more gasoline and less heating oil and jet fuel.
