They're "passing" gas, not trading it.
Incredible "spike" up to 7.83 in Oct.
Okay, someone explain to me why exactly Lehman brothers unwinding their NG contracts would cause a price spike?? Wouldn't we see just the opposite, like the SocGen futures unwind mess? Maybe the sold at such a fair price that the market went ape? Looks to be fading now. School me please.
I'm guessing they could have been net short had to cover??
it was a joke.. i think there was a force majeure of some sort concerning sabine pipeline possible damage.
