If France and England don't have enough of an air force to handle a no-fly zone in Libya what would they do if they had a real war and had to defend themselves? And where are the OAS planes? One plane from Qatar doesn't cut it. So why does the U.S. even belong to NATO? So every other country in NATO can count on us to defend them?
