Only minor. Point is that there is no need for it - I have no problem asking for the .NET framework to be installed. Which means it is basically usefull only for things run during the install process. Custom actions for the installer, cd startup code etc. There, incidentally, performance etc. is not something on my mind. Never had a need to use it.
