Here are the numbers beginning the year the Democraps gained control of the House and Senate purse stings. Fiscal years end September 30th for the U.S. Government.

The 2009 budget was passed by a democrat controlled house that you supported.

The 2009 budget was passed by a democrat controlled Senate that you supported.

In that Senate was Senator Obama, Senator Biden, and Senator Clinton.

  4. The 2009 budget was submitted by George W Bush

Its the democrats spending. Passed two houses of congress controlled by democrats. YOU supported these people, freeloader.

  7. Submitted by Bush

Dems didn't have to pass it, they could have come up with their own. If they passed they approved of it ergo who submitted it is largely irrelevant. Unless of course one is utterly desperate to avoid assigning any blame on Obama because it would interfere with their man love for same.

The budgets submitted by Presidents are never just passed as is. Congress is responsible for taking those suggestions and passing the eventual budget.

But, Obama has submitted budgets the last three years with trillion dollar deficits and even the Democratic controlled Senate voted 100 to Zero not to pass it. In fact, the Senate has refused to allow a budget to be passed for the last three years. Any budget. They prefer to hide where Obama is spending the taxpayer's money and just fly by the seat of their pants.

    Very responsible. NOT.

  10. Bushs wars, tax cuts, medicare expansion, federal government expansion etc had to be paid for Luke .Bush passed most of that stuff before 2006 under a republican congress
