Because healthcare and education are not the only factors in life. I used those examples to demonstrate that many immigrants from the Middle East at least here in Canada are highly educated with Master degrees. They contribute to society, pay taxes, buy properties and work hard, harder than most locals as far as I can see. Re Europe, you represent a minority opinion, Germany just voted in a social democratic and green party into parliament and if you have any respect for the rule of law then you are accepting the democratic choice the majority made. You can have your opinions of course but the majority disagrees with your assessment so far. That is as far as I am willing to invest my time to make a point. Perhaps a better question should be why you are staying in a place that you seemingly hate so much and that has gone to shit according to your assessment. Anyway, I do respect your opinion but am glad it represents a minority in the country I am from and where I now live at. Perhaps you broaden your horizon a little, you will be amazed at how hard some migrant neighbors of you work and how they contribute to society and love their new country. When was the last time a Pole or German won the miss universe or alike contest. I would have to look it up. When I travelled through Poland a while ago I observed a lot of negativity in people on average. Not many migrants in Poland last time I checked. Must be in their DNA.
I can accept the rule of law but I don't have to agree to it. That's what democracy is. You live with people that you don't necessarily agree with and use rule of law to resolve conflicts. And where I choose to live, again is none of your business. I believe any country should have the right to defend itself against unwarranted excessive immigration that is not necessarily in the best interest of the country especially when it is weaponized to achieve some political agenda like what Belarus is doing to Poland and what Turkey did to Greece a few years ago.

The threat of Belarus is stupid. Putin just confirmed that Russia will respect all the contracts with Europe. So the action from Belarus will have no impact. If Russia would collaborate with Belarus it might/will result in a ban from Russian gas forever as not reliable, which will hurt Putin hard in his personal pocket. On top of that the Nordstream that is just finished and costed $11 billions, would become a total loss as no gas would go thru that pipeline anymore. Europe might need gas, but Putin needs Europe to fill his pockets.
