It seems a lot of otcbb market makers are no longer quoting via nasdaq's feed, however they are posting on an alternate feed (not sure which one), which some systems do use (DAS, for example). ETMM and a list of other names don't quote on nsdq's feed. PERT doesn't quote on the alternate feed. You basically need both feeds to trade otcbb/pinkdsheets.
