  1. Maybe that could really happen?

  2. Uh-oh... I'm sensing another quagmire driven by the "big hat no cattle" crowd.

Heck, they feel manly bombing stuff until they realize that when you break stuff you own it.

I guess we will own the moon and all the headaches associated with it.

Unless the moon people greet us like liberators and we get our investment back in 6 months.... tops.

We've all seen that movie before.

  3. Oh, I don't know.

GreenScam said, "We have over 100 PhD economists on the Fed's staff, and nobody saw this coming..."

  4. Why do you call it stupid? They are doing it to blast out material so they can tell if there is Water. They already know there is water ice beneath the surface in some areas. They are trying to prospect to get a better idea of how much there is at the site of interest.

Yeah, it's not like you can actually "strip mine" the moon, it already looks like it was done... somebody got there before us, maybe all that water is waste water they left behind from the mining operations...

Is there not enough water on planet earth?

What is the motivation that underpins the necessity to reveal an approximate quantity of water upon the moon?

Perhaps that is the next big thing? Bottled moon water?

    Goodness me.....

  7. And what if there's a hairline crack running through the moon and this f'n missile just happens to hit that crack and the moon splits in half. Houston, we have a problem.
Or maybe there's a race of peace loving creatures living under the surface and we blast the shit out of them and the peace loving creatures, now really pissed off, happen to have some kind of big ass bomb...
I'm just saying, with all the dumb ass decisions being made as of late, can we really afford to push our luck?:p :D

I don't personally know any klannish, but as long as YOU were strapped onto the first warhead. I don't they'd have a problem with it.

It's nice to know the U.S. has money to burn. I thought we were in a deep recession, with a huge budget deficit and an astronomical (pun intended) national debt.
