do you have the slightest idea how immensly powerful our SUN is? billions of species live on Earth for millions of years... all due to Sun energy. the Earth is there for ~4.5B years and life is everywhere and progressing. yet, 15 yrs ago some dumb politicians want to make CO2 money off the public LOL!!!!!!
More bad news for our boneheaded AGW alarmist. Solar Cycle 24 will be the smallest sunspot cycle since 1906 (SC 14) January 5, 2013 The January 2013 NASA forecast for the development of Solar Cycle 24 is out. The current prediction for Sunspot Cycle 24 gives a smoothed sunspot number maximum of about 69 in the Fall of 2013. The smoothed sunspot number has already reached 67 (in February 2012)due to the strong peak in late 2011 so the official maximum will be at least this high and this late. We are currently over four years into Cycle 24. The current predicted and observed size makes this the smallest sunspot cycle since Cycle 14 which had a maximum of 64.2 in February of 1906. With sunspot activity at this low level the planet will cool. It remains to be seen whether this is the start of something like a Dalton Minimum (SC5 and 6) or even a Maunder Minimum. This cooling has begun and global temperatures peaked about 16 years ago and are now declining slightly while carbon dioxide concentration continues to increase. It is only a matter of time before the belief that carbon dioxide concentration (whether man-made or not) causes global warming will have to be completely discarded. Sunspots shmunspots. Yes solar variations of course have influence over temps. So does CO2. The solar output has slightly decreased over the last 40 - 50 years. Guess what? Temps have soared upward during that period. Check this, from an authoritative source.....NOAA. The forcing of CO2 is a far greater influence than the small long term and short eleven year solar variations in output and will be even more-so in the future.
You have no idea what you are talking about. CO2 does not correlate with climate for the last 20 years or for any of the other cooling periods of the last 150 years. Solar cycles and sunspots do and have closely for the last several millennia. Open you eyes now little futiecurie.

You can't even read what NASA had to say in the OP. You are a denier of the truth. "FC, this is NASA. That video was posted in 2009. Over a 3 years ago. It is even obvious to us that the sun is now going into a cooling cycle and it is going to get cold, cold, cold, son. Wake up and read what we have to say on the matter in 2013."
