No doubt. After all, that's fair. ps. This nonsense came from the same Penn State unit that was involved in the East Anglia data hoax revealed in emails last year. One more example of tax dollars at work. And our leaders just cannot find any unnecessary spending to cut, even as a symbolic measure.
No worries, the visitors will experience landing fees higher than they can handle, not to mention the union will require union workers on staff ( minimum of eight hour pay for a four hour shift) to guide them in and park/ unload the vehicles. Didn't even mention the TSA yet ... Aliens won't stand a chance.
Excellent idea....tax the Saudis, who made lots of moola from us whilst in bed with Bush. and Luke... .
LOL. Maybe we should create an Extraterrestrial Alien tax that is so steep it will prohibit any of them from wanting to come here. We should do it within the next year because the Democrats are really good at this kind of stuff. I'm just afraid Obama would give them amnesty.
Wasn't this the premise of The Day The Earth Stood Still? Does this guy expect Keanu Reeves to land soon?
Bogus report. The Gaurdian and The Drudge Report are complete idiots. NASA tweeted this link this morning, explaining that this is NOT a NASA report... http://paleblueblog.org/post/9110304050/some-important-points-of-clarification "So hereâs the thing. This isnât a âNASA report.â Itâs not work funded by NASA, nor is it work supported by NASA in other ways. It was just a fun paper written by a few friends, one of whom happens to have a NASA affiliation." "Well, the paper came out a couple months ago. Today, for some reason, The Guardian picked it up, publishing an article about it with the following title: âAliens may destroy humanity to protect other civilisations, say scientist: Rising greenhouse emissions may tip off aliens that we are a rapidly expanding threat, warns a report for NASA.â That then was picked up by The Drudge Report, with this headline: âNASA REPORT: Aliens may destroy humanity to protect other civilizationsâ¦â UH OH. Now that is a bit problematic." Just more evidence of media incompetence.
