The report concludes that evidence for climate changes based on solar radiation can be traced back as far as the Industrial Revolution.

The terminology already has shifted from "Global Warming" to "Climate Change". They will go right ahead with their BS and then take credit for something good no matter what happens... same as Great Society [didn't fix anything], Sexual Revolution [gave us forty new diseases and less happiness], Black Pride [still no jobs in the private sector for Blacks] etc. ad nauseum ad infinitum...
