    this is extremely important

This is his testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, you know, where Schumer stuck his head in and said it belonged in Banking????

You will find out some of the reason why the SEC sits on this stuff. They get to monied people, and they magically stop. You fuck up, and watch what happens.

  3. here's a clue they are hurting. Most of these are SHO stocks. They are calling out the heavy artillery.......

Greenberg on Solar Stocks: How Chinese solar stocks may burn investors

Herb Greenberg had a negative article over the weekend in The Wall St Journal. He says the solar stocks may be the next to learn a supply-demand lesson the hard way. He mentions TSL, JASO, SOLF, CSIQ. He says that before investors get too excited, consider that much of the growth has been tied to sales in Germany, the largest market for solar energy, where purchases have been subsidized by the govt. Piper Jaffray analyst Jesse Pichel, regarded as one of the most seasoned in a rapidly growing field of solar analysts, says that's why he regards much of the sales and profit at these companies as "funny money" and "welfare." "There's a lot of risk that the subsidies don't continue in Germany, and I think they will get reduced."....

Gee, maybe the article was written because the stocks may be overvalued. I mean that couldn't possibly be it, right? It must be a conspiracy theory where Greenberg is purposefully trying to drive PRICES down and therefore get paid off by naked short sellers! It is all about PRICE isn't it flytiger? Everything you talk about comes down to PRICE. So just admit it. As long as stock prices are going UP, then you have no problem with anything apparently. As far as I am concerend, your arguments have no credibility.

  8. Anyone care to guess how much money investors lost buying stocks that were over-priced, over-promoted, over-hyped, under-analyzed, under-scrutinized versus stocks that were at fair value and were driven down in price to below fair value due to naked short selling?

  9. Not only that Mr Maverick, (sorry ot here)

What about my daughters 401k that I'd like to go 90% cash for awhile and there is nothing, no provision for cash, homey don't play that in a 401k, stocks or bonds ta da.

Point being, I can feel a screwing coming. But the motto is "It'll come back", no wait it's "A correction". Meanwhile back at the poor annualized return ranch when the ranch of Nutmeg begs for market timing :D
