there lies the problem. bac and many of the 19 stocks have2-5 bil shares in float. they only have 2-4% of there stock shorted so very easy to physically borrow. the problem is can the brokers automate this and if so none of this will be a problem. if it goes back to the 1990's were you had to get a concrete borrow then shorting as we know it is over.WHATS AMAZING IS WB AND WM'S SHORT INTEREST ACTUALLY ROSE EVEN THOUGH A WB HAD A 150% MOVE.
