I'll loan you my ferrari just don't crash it like Eddie Griffin did. With so many stories which some may be true it's just hard to believe. Nothing personal. Now let me hit this last free throw
Bestfriend did stretch the truth a little Last I checked his jag was out of service after a little incident with a lot of water And his dog is a little pussy
The more I think about this issue the more I am inclined to believe that the Fed cannot cavalierly intervene in the private credit arrangements made within legitimate LLC's or C Corporations for that matter. To do so would be a very ominous trespass
Legitimate LLC.. yes, it's very hard for the fed to do anything to them, and there's also no reason to do anything to them. However, when you have LLCs formed w/o sufficient capital and going bankrupt or running away w/ traders' deposits, it's no longer a legitimate LLC, it's a scam.
So let me ask you guys a question. Why do you choose to go with the sub par LLC's? The main players are Bright, Echo, Assent, Hold and VTrader. Stick with the blue chips and this thread becomes a non issue.
Demo and Squeeze I completely agree. There are, after all, legitimate Prop Firm LLc's in the marketplace
I went with a llc b/c 1/ Buying power i use 1 million 2/ 1% higher int rate than firm offered me 3/ They matched the same share rate firm offered me 4/k-1 is nice and easy to work with The llc is through assent. Which assent has been good since i have been with them. I do like the llc structure but if they went goodbye i have the equity to reopen as a customer. I think this thread was just brought up to shake the tree.
S: Do you trade through an LLC that clears with Assent or directly with Assent? If it's a sub LLC would you mind giving us the name?
