This looks similar to one of those limit order "dipbuyer" type WL systems (with a shorting rule).

What will happen, is that a big loser or two will take 30 of those $14 profits. Then it will be delisted in a few months and go away from the data, and not show up on backtests anymore. Hence, real profits will be much less than paper and backtesting profits.

Not saying it won't work over time - it probably will. Just be ready for the eventual big dose of reality.

    Good luck.

    Regards.

  6. I think that this system is trying to buy/short 1000 different stocks in 60 days.

I've called the local zoo to see about renting a monkey to watch and put on/take off the trades this week, but I can now see that it is going to take more than one to lose money properly.

I've already lost money on his posts so far, so how does he expect me to buy his system when he goes to peddle it as a vendor?

  10. No self respecting citizen is trading EXFO these days...perhaps when people fell for the 98% CEO equity in the prior decade...it was a great long for me but no intelligent trader is trading this stock today... believe me when i say it is a dead horse....

i mean the nerve of lamonde...at the least learn how to lie, cheat, and steal then perhaps you will be Wall St.'s little darling....take full equity in your company and risk being laughed out of town pal...

anyway, wanted to chime in because i know EXFO very well. people who hold the stock were clients of now ex-brokers. i will admit it was very exciting pushing that one...similar but not as fruitful as pushing EXDS through 4 splits and into the hundreds before it collapsed and filed for bankruptcy...that was another lifetime away...

you can't scale this, whatever you call it, and the choice of stocks is contradictory to making money and having any sense whatsoever.

when will someone invent a trading system that incorporates the fourth dimension of space and time ? then, you can travel ahead and send messages back to yourself on what trades to take.
