my stomach hurts

    There was a dr who did a study on neural tissue in the stomach. Done in the early part of the century. Recently another Dr did it again and found that there is as much neural tissue and neural transmitters in the gut area as there is in the brain.

    Enteric brain is the term.

    You can learn to control your brain, now learn to control your second brain. It can also tell you a lot as it works on subtle stimulus that tends to be more subliminal.

    Consider some basic Chi kung breathing to calm the stomach.
