After taking a look at the rules, it appears that there is no limit on the total number of entries. LOL! There is a limit on the number of weekly wins you can have (one). And, there is a limit on the number of entries in the final contest you can have (one I believe). Looks like she read the rules, maybe picked up something that the CNBC imbelciles missed. OldTrader
Makes no sense, you can open 50 accounts and just place bets in all of them and at the odds are good that you can win on one of them. CNBC shows their stupidity day in and day (first this annuity crap)
The problem with these "competitions" is they can make people use the worst trading strategies and methods to win. I think many bought NEW and tonnes of it, but are now stuck. But don't expect competition organizers to help you understand the intricacies of real-life trading - all they want is eyeballs and ad revenue! Good luck all competitors http://lauristonletter.blogspot.com/
I doubt anyone here is doing this to understand the intracacies of real-life trading since many of us trade for real anyway. We are trying to win some money pure and simple . That is all this contest is about, winning money, not who is the best stock trader.
...I saw 803 as her number on another site. How the hell did she manage that? No wonder the system crashed every day around 4 she was probably trying to work all 800 of those accounts one after another. ################## Did you believe ,that is full consistent with rule ? If yes ,it would first contest in author(USA,Germany,Netherland,Swiss) experience with this kind of rule's. Than each reader of this thread must registr 100 portofolio's and atleast one win would go to ET member. Your respectfully
Hello all, i found a blog site that talks about our famous Nancy, it also has a complaint number to call!!! Thought someone else might want to call and tell them what they think about all of this!
Read the rules, it says nothing about having only one account. I think its hysterical that out of hundreds of thousands of people trying a game of pure luck, one person executes an actual strategy and its worked to perfection so far. everyone should grow up, people posting her number online are just assholes, probly jealous you didnt think of it. she is still going to have to win in the finals.
You got a good point, though I don't see anyone posting her number. Only number I found was to the CNBC switchboard. The way my ports going I could open a 100 accounts and simply manage to end up 100 biggest losing accounts. Seems to me the only way to win is to gamble big. I'm just happy my real account with Sogo is doing much better then my fake one with CNBC. Could be the other way around, that would suck.
