The guy is a troll. For a young lad to recieve not one but 4 houses and a mutual fund portfolio from a relative if it were his dad he would have said so. That leaves the deceased to be someone outside of the immediate family. For such a person to bequeath so many houses he/she must have a lot of properties so much that merely 4 houses went to a nephew. On the remotest chance this is true, you think the guy will hire a financial consultant for a dance and make up for lack of knowledge managing inheritance. The last place is to ask for advice for strangers in an internet forums. Go for it kid, trade away. You always have a house or 2 to live in.
