Earlier this week, Lindell appeared on Eric Metaxas' radio program and touted the platform, which he claimed will be a bastion of free speech — except for a few examples of speech that won't be allowed. Lindell said that his "Frank Speech" platform will not allow users to swear or use the Lord's name in vain because it will be "a Judeo-Christian platform" founded on biblical principles. "You're not going to be able to swear," Lindell said. "There will be four words for sure you can't say: You can't say the C-word, the N-word, the F-word, and you can't use God's name in vain. What a concept. Right?"

That is not how the law works.... My Pillidiot claims Dominion threw the election or is controlled by aliens or whatever. he has no proof of that and can be sued for libel. The below statement paragraph from the article summarizes Deshowitz's legal argument. Is it your opinion that Dominion was not acting as a government agent? If that is the case, can't the government subvert the 1st amendment by hiring a third party to suppress free speech?
Dominion has a burden of proof to meet too. If Mike has no evidence at all to his claims and is just ranting conspiracy theories at DOminion which is a private company, then he is liable for libel/slander. Just because you have a contract with the government does not mean you are the government. It is not the U.S. government suing Mike it is Dominion who Mike specifically attacked WITHOUT ANY SEMBLANCE OF TRUTH. How does the government hire a 3rd party to suppress free speech? That is really a fantasy because that is not what is happening here. Mike is allowed to say what he wants, no one is restricting him from speaking. It is not illegal to say what he said. However if what he says arises to slander/libel then Dominion has a cause of action in civil court. This why 90% of Americans don't understand the 1st Amendment at all.
