  1. They did not quit. They wanted me to manage their acounts but Optionsxpress switched me from OX-branch to Xecute. Do you know the difference between the two? OX-branch allows entering trades through one interface for all the accounts while Xecute requires relaying orders through email. Many accounts did not get filled on my orders and questions were coming from left, right, and center. I called for a conference in my chatspace room and regretably told them that I could not continue. I was dying due to pressure.

I had to abandon the project because there were conflicts of interests betwen the folks managing the customer service and I. They wanted members to pay the mandatory $150 sign up fee while I was more interested in filling the quota of 500 clients allowed by Optionsxpress. Many newbies joined without paying a dime and eventually created problems. Neither OptionsXpress nor the EOMplus team could solve the problems arising due to order placement.

I'll gladly run an auto-trading service provided it is OX-branch and not the Xecute.

I'm sorry for referencing Boa Dagmar. You do not need to contact her because I'm not trying to sell you anything.

My goal is to see if I can grow 10K to 100K by December ending, and in the glare of public view.

I will resume my picks next week.

  2. Hello MultiOption. During the next couple of months as you share your picks is your plan to share a little more about your thought process behind the trades? Or are you just trying to whet our appetites and then repackage and sell the EOMPlus program?

    Multi:

You don't enumerate any volume related indicators. You don't consider them important, or this is just a subset of what you're using?

    Thanks

  4. Not yet that is but I suspect that will come later. However, I have no problem with a person selling their expertise. You referenced Boa and even named the town she lived at so..well I thought she was a good reference. However, you have apologized for referencing her so that is accepted. Happy trading and I hope you make good calls and reach your goal. If you do then I suppose no one would argue with you and you should sell your system and make some more jack!

  5. Interesting question; I saw that coming! My research reveals that volume usually drop during accumulation/consolidation phase and explodes when trend breaks out. Why? I have no idea. I've seen stocks move $3+ with less than 500,000 volume. What individual traders make of that is their own prerogative. I don't follow volume; or should I say, it's not so important because IT CAN CHANGE with time.

I've captured many trends just before volume explodes and IV rises. Infact, I prefer that to getting in when options price is out of reach for direction plays. I just don't like strategies.

Strategies, most times, require holding for more than a month.

  6. Maxreturn, sorry for this belated reply...I didn't intend to ignore. Regarding EOMplus, I'm not so sure of what I'm gonna do with that trademark. Dealing with the public is so much pain in the neck, I'll see if I could stick out my head again.

    Thanks Multi.

Do you care to share how you're using DMI: in what time frame, Wilder's interpretation of the DI+/DI- crossover and ADX level? Also, what resolution are you using intraday: 10 min?

  8. Bar period:14-day. ADX is the key to my trading approach. Stating the rules without charts won't help.

    20-day, 30min!

  10. Why I'm not a fan of any volume indicator. Please check this out...

I have several stocks on my watchlist, will update if/when I get new trades!
