Thought you might be interested Multi, yesterdays MACD/EMACD (12,26) crossings sorted by RSI desc... (of the 800+ in my db ... might be a stock split i missed in there)

Incidently, I think I've arrived at my system. Seems to work consistently at identifying entry and exit points. Need to do a lot more backtesting. Goal is to make average one buy/sell trade a day, perhaps 2k a trade, 5 trades working constantly, stop loss at 1k. Objective 2x to 10x the money. Hopefully, I'll soon by trading on my yacht as I sail around the world ...

Just curious - why do you think AMD will rebound? Given that your original prognosis was somewhat off, can you elaborate on why you are adding to this position?

  5. More contracts were added to reduce cost basis in preparation for adjustment....

Preparation for adjustment? what does that mean? Is it just another way to say, I doubled down since it got cheaper?

If possible, what is your reasoning in believing that AMD will make a recovery. The chart looks pretty horrible right now. What is the basis for this trade. To put it another way, was there any other reason you made this trade besides to lower your cost basis?

  7. I may decide to sell some May contracts against July 37.50 Calls! AMD's fate is hanging on INTEL's report on Wed.

  8. I think a better adjustment would have been:

Sell 75 July AMD 35 Call contracts for credit of $1.30, this would then turn your position into a Bear Call Spread and reduce your loss to about $1.20 (As long as AMD stays below $35.00).

The AMD sell-off was on very heavy volume.

  9. I took a small loss on the May AMD 37.5 calls. I had considerably less than 75 contracts though.
