  1. Why don't you guys try sports betting , it takes less money and your chances are much better.

  2. I think its time to jump back into AAPL again. Locked in $700 profit on 3/7 with that spread in AAPL, but this time I've just added 3 long AAPL Mar 17, 2012 $550 puts at $9.90. I'll try to leg into a put spread and let run for the remaining days. $2970 for one trade is way too high, so I'll update with the spread once I get that in.

  3. Far too much risk, but I like the position. I'd prefer to spread it off. I haven't gone long a single since IMNR.

  4. LOL, Sorry I'm married, Christian so no extramarital activities.

Falcon: I've stalled at $8300 on the account with the last of that earning trade. I wouldn't count the last 3 trade as earning trade, but netted +700 on AAPL put spread, and still holding 2 goog put spread showing plenty of profits, I haven't been in any earning trades this week. Just added another AAPL 550 put today at 9.90. Also have 1 put spread on PCLN, at a loss and that one's a hold too for now.

  5. They all look heavy at the top here that's why I held GOOG puts even though it looked like it was trying to rally.....AAPL is testing its all time highs here reached last week, and so far volume is crappy. That's asking to be shorted. As for GOOG, it couldn't even hold those gains and its back below $605 I think it hit a low at $602-$601 earlier. Looks like a classic sell the jobs report news trade today.

  6. A cheaper alternative to the "AAPL Mar 17, 2012 $550 puts at $9.90", which also might out perform the AAPL puts in percentage is the:

    QQQ Mar17 2012 65.00 puts @ $0.58

EDIT: The 63.00 put can be sold for $0.10 to make it a spread.

  7. Careful guys. I think "sold" is FF, ELITE trader code for watch list.

  8. I haven't had a chance to review the Qs so can't make a blind trade just yet, but I'll have a look and review the odds.

  9. Depending on your sources QQQ is 17.45% AAPL. So if AAPL has a correction it should bring QQQ down with it, and QQQ options are cheaper. If AAPL does pullback next week we will be able to compare the AAPL 550 puts to the QQQ 65 puts, or the equivalent spreads.

  10. Ya, but QQQ realized vol is lower. Ask yourself why dispersion traders are buyers of aapl vol and sellers of Q. WTF is wrong with you? You take the cake in that you have so little to talk about but feel the need to post in such volume.
