so upon reviewing today my plan was fine and my support and resistance levels were very good also. I just need to be more disciplined and not try and catch every little move. at least now my bad days are break even or slightly better

I DID NOT TRADE TODAY AND HOPE THAT IF I DID I WOULD HAVE NOT TRIED TO GO LONG BUT ALL I DID WAS MARK THE SWING HIGHS AND IT'S TELLING ME NOT TO EVEN TRY A LONG TODAY

 

WASN'T ABLE TO TRADE TODAY BUT IT SURE LOOKED CLEAN TO ME
